Nature Spirit Rider XII

The Nature-Spirit Riders have come out of the woods after a long journey, and are cantering along in an easy harmony. Perhaps they represent something that we long to return to, and which still remains available for us to remember. Nature-Spirit Rider XII is cantering in a relaxed manner over our furniture, making it his own, and beginning to look in our direction, which has a similar feeling to unexpectedly coming across deer in woodland. The sculpture is made of made of a beautiful creamy-coloured British eco-resin, which is a method pioneered by the artist. The material is semi-translucent, which gives it a special resonance and allows glimpses through to the armature, or internal structure of the sculpture. It is 19cm long, 17cm tall, and 7cm wide. It is for sale as a limited edition of 24, and is mounted on a semi-translucent, almost black, flat acrylic base.
