We offer refund only within the first 14 days of you item reception, if 14 days have passed since your reception, you will not be offered a refund. You will have to ship the item back to obtain a refund.

Eligibility for returns and refunds :
-The item must be in the original packaging.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be sent back in the same condition it was sent to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if the refund demand has been approved. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, after reception of the shipped back item by us.
Late or missing refunds :
-If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping :
