Neal Aronowitz Design was founded in 2014 and has swiftly won acclaim in the international design world.
The vision of the studio is the design and fabrication of highly sculptural, hand crafted bespoke furniture and lighting.
Aronowitz’s debut piece was the Whorl Coffee Table, which won international notice including a feature in Elle Décor and was the recipient of a People’s Choice Award at the AZ Design Award.
The Whorl Coffee Table was the first offering in what was to grow into the Concrete Canvas Collection.
Concrete Canvas is a new material that allows concrete to be used in radically innovative ways. Aronowitz continues to be the only designer worldwide developing and working with this unique material.
The Whorl Console, the second piece in the Concrete Canvas Collection won Interior
Design Magazine’s Best of Year Award and a Gray Design Award for furniture design, sponsored by Gray Magazine.
In 2017 Aronowitz made his first foray into lighting with the Boro Boro Chandelier, a dynamic and exuberant chandelier which won second place in the LAMP International Design Competition in Vancouver BC.
Neal Aronowitz was recently the subject of an award-winning documentary film, "How To Bend Concrete In 108 Easy Steps."
