Tube_series

Tube_series is the result of a free and spontaneous exploration of patterns in ceramic 3D printing. After several years of research into new aesthetics specific to this technique, it is in a series of simple form, a tube of the same height and diameter that this collection projects a synthesis of the research of a digital craftsman mixing the work of clays with digital manufacturing technologies. The process of ceramic 3D printing allows the replicability of computer generated forms, however through the use of natural materials and the manual intervention of colored glazing, each piece finds a unique character.
