We endeavour to provide the highest quality of materials and manufacturing for our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and in the first instance we will try to resolve the issue. If a refund or an exchange is required then you must return the goods new and unworn within 30 working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will pay for the postage of replacement item(s) only in the event of faulty product where allenomis is at fault. We do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances. If you want to return an item, please contact us before posting the item back to us. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.
