Bourbon Jar Lamp Redux

These Jar Lamps are made out of what little bourbon wood I have left, so the overall diameter is a bit smaller. Other than that, nothing else has changed. The turned oak base comes from an old bourbon fermentation tank (where the yeast breaks down the sugar in the mash converting it to alcohol and carbon dioxide over a period of three days). Basically, this wood has soaked up a lot of bourbon over the years. The base is left unfinished and traces of the tank wall remain. The lamp has a fabric covered cord with dimmer switch. Each one is hand made.
