48 pieces wooden memory game with colorful icons instead of regular images like cat, dog etc. In a classic wooden box. A real keep-sake. There are 12 sets of icons that are repeated in different color combinations for a total of 24 sets. This adds another level of complexity to the game if desired. The reactions so far have been really exciting in the sense that very young kids are able to distinguish the shapes and colors extremely well. In fact it does not seem to be an issue for them. Perhaps this game will be more challenging for adults!! Game ships in a cardbox box with instructions for several ways to play. Can be played with many people at the same time and does not have to be laid out in a grid actually. Add a level of complexity bu just shuffling them around
