Return Policies

Exchanges can be made up to 10 business days after purchase is received. Any items that are broken or defective as a result of manufacturer must be reported immediately via email or phone. Shipment tracking should be provided to ensure a timely delivery and accountability for our products. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Forge & Finish LLC reserves the right to assess and authorize any return cases pending resolution. NO MONETARY REFUNDS : Customers are welcome to exchange Forge & Finish LLC merchandise for products of equal or lesser value. On-line store credit is also available upon request.
