Return Policies

Unless noted as 'Final Sale', we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please send back unworn, unwashed, undamaged garments in original packaging via USPS to Elana Carello Sweaters, 52 Mason Avenue, Cranston, RI 02910. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Any items returned after 30 days will be refunded via merchandise credit for our online shop. Items are not available for returns after 60 days. All returns must have a receipt or proof of purchase accompanied with the returned item. If you do not have this, we will reimburse you with a store credit only. If after returning your merchandise you would like to exchange your sweater for another size or style, please place a separate order or contact us via [email protected] for more advice.
