RETURNS & REFUNDS At BUZAO we want our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchase. Except the quality problem or shipping damage, We do not offer returns, exchange or refunds for the reasons such as changing mind, wrong selection etc. All sales are final. Goods Damaged in Transit If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us by [email protected] as soon as possible with clear images including the whole outlook of the products, damaged parts, packages etc. In some case, videos may be needed either. Refunds Only under the reasons of quality problems or shipping damage, refund will be made by BUZAO via the method of payment used to make your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care. Warranty BUZAO provides warranty of 12 months on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period commences from the date of despatch for a period of 12 months. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and does not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product.
