It is important to remember that the pieces are handcrafted one by one, in what we call countertop jewelry, following the commandments of the Slow Fashion Movement, understanding jewelry as a piece of art. Requests for exchange or return are accepted but must be made within 07 days from the date of delivery of the piece. The piece must be in it's original packaging and in perfect condition, with no sign of use. We ask that the packaging be packed properly so that the piece is protected from damage, and so you can resend it to us. Refund will be done after the piece is received. Exchange: The exchange can be made for another piece of the same value or as part of the payment for another piece of greater value. The exchange for reasons other than its execution, can only be done 01 time. Return: Once we received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The approval or rejection of your refund will depend on the state of the item. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
