Return Policies

Returns are accepted for defects or errors on the seller's part only. Items are handmade, leading to variability in texture & form. This is not considered a defect by the seller. Exchanges accepted, with shipping at buyer's cost. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from delivery and be returned in same condition as received by buyer. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
