Return Policies

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we maintains a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your order for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. If you wish to return an item, please follow the returns procedure and send your products back in the original packaging. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will gladly answer any questions you may have. Please note that we offer free returns providing the returns are made via our standard process. We will not refund returns fees if the return is made outside of the returns process. RETURN CONDITIONS Returns must be done within 14 calendar days of receipt and the items must be purchased from a SCHUSS official retailer or website Items must be unwashed and unworn with any related accessories and tags As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap to protect the garment RETURN PROCESS Our Return Policy applies to all International orders. Please contact us for returns REFUNDS Generally it will take up to 10-15 business days. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. Depending on your bank refunds may take up to 10 -15 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
