Return Policies

If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt – it’s our Love at First Touch Guarantee. ​ Follow these steps to return an order: 1. Complete the Returns Form sent with your order. Be sure to specify which products you are returning and the reason for return. Keep the invoice for your records. 2. Pack the product(s) back in their original packaging and reseal them in the order box, along with the Returns Form. 3. Use yours courier service to arrange a pick-up (to yours cost). As soon as we receive your return from, we will refund your purchase. We accept returns on all unused items that are in their original packing, and which are returned within 30 days of receipt. Gift vouchers are unfortunately unable to be returned.
