If you were not pleased with our products, the returns will be accepted within 14 business days after receiving the item, the HR Design Studio does not assume the return costs. If the package is damaged damaged meet, you should let us know so we can trigger the transport insurance, HR Design Studio in this case support all the costs for the return. In both cases, orders must be delivered in original condition and in the original box. The refund (if applicable) will be made the same way as the payment was made.
