Return Policies

Our return policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately customised items cannot be refunded unless they are defective. We can only accept returns for goods purchased at coqoon.com. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returned products are at the buyers expenses.
