If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us (within 14 days of receipt) un-used, i.e. in perfect condition, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the delivery costs.
