Hi there! We are a design studio based in Singapore. Based on your location delivery time will take 3-14 days. We try our best to deliver our product in the best shape. However, if you found out your product is defective or damaged please drop an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with a photo. Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the products. The products should be in the same condition and quantity as when received with the original packaging. Please email us to start the process and we will guide you through details like shipping fees etc.
