Return Policies

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If an item is faulty or damaged, please get in contact within 14 days of purchase where an exchange or refund will be arranged. Bespoke items are exempt from refunds and exchanges. Returned items must be sent via tracked and signed delivery, at the customers cost. Lindey Tydeman cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during return transit. Customs and duties are the customers responsibilities.
