The pieces are built exclusively by the designer's hands, piece by piece through the construction techniques of traditional joinery, giving a unique and exclusive character.
The designer's pieces reflect his personality, in a simple and solid way, conveying his way of relating to the raw material.
With pieces awarded in important design awards, his work represents a strong influence of Brazilian design.
The products have a 1-year warranty for furniture, including the legal warranty period of 90 days, counted from the date of issue of the Invoice to the consumer. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects detected after receipt of the products.
The product warranty does not cover wear and tear on the finish due to intense use or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions, damage caused during product assembly, misuse, problems caused by assembly not in accordance with the orientation, damage caused by cleaning or oxidation or corrosion due to lack of maintenance with inappropriate products or exposure to bad weather, humidity or sea air.
Atelier André Ferri reserves the right to handle all replacements within a maximum period of 60 days from the confirmation report, as provided for in the Consumer Defense Code.
In case of return due to regret or withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected:
• The deadline for withdrawing the purchase of the product is up to 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by the Invoice, manual and all accessories.
• If the reason for the exchange or return is dissatisfaction, and a second visit is required for the removal of the goods, we reserve the right to charge the expenses related to the transport of the product, as well as other expenses associated with its return.
In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request the exchange of the product within the 1-year warranty period offered.
The products must preferably be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice.
The products will be analyzed by our team and if it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. The return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
A period of 30 calendar days is defined to resolve the customer's problem, from the date of receipt of the same.
If the defective product cannot be repaired or exchanged, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase and fully refund the amounts paid or maintain a credit for future purchases.
