you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product(s). In this event, please provide us with written notification sent to
[email protected] stating the details of cause to return. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an email confirming receipt. - To comply with the period for returns, the notification concerning the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires. - If the return is due to causes not attributable to The Smallest Boy such as changes of colour, size or other features, which are due to a change of opinion or mistake by the customer when making the purchase, then the customer shall be responsible for directly returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition, with no undue delay and must not, under any circumstances, exceed the period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. In this event, The Smallest Boy shall refund the customer for all the payments received, except shipping costs. The customer must also bear the direct cost of returning the products. - If the return is due to causes attributable to The Smallest Boy (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), The Smallest Boy shall be for the changing or the correct products. - To proceed with the return of the product, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost. Once The Smallest Boy received the product and verified that it is in good condition,The Smallest Boy will send you an email confirming receipt. - The Smallest Boy shall proceed to make the refund and shall use the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction. The Smallest Boy reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received and after checking that the product(s) are in good condition.
