Return Policies

Returns or Exchanges: If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased or would like to exchange it, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. Unfortunately, it doesn't apply to items made to order or are personalised. This policy also applies to any jewelry altered or changed by request. You have to inform us prior via email that you want to cancel your purchase. It is not enough to send the goods back. If 14 days have passed after the item was delivered, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange. Returns or Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund according to the item's state. Sale or discounted items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the original order total (the shipping fee is the same as paid initially).
