Return Policies

If you are dissatisfied with any piece of jewellery or original etching that you purchased or would like to exchange it, you may return it under the following conditions - My policy lasts 30 days for online purchases. If this time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return or exchange, your piece of jewellery or etching must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For a return : Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned piece of jewelry. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund according to the state of the piece. + For an exchange : Any piece of jewellery of etching exchanged for goods of lesser value than the original purchase will result in a store credit.
