Policies Refunds and Exchanges There are no refunds or exchanges since we're shipping from Buenos Aires, Argentina. If an item is damaged due to a manufacture defect, we'll fix it or replace it free of charge, please contact us right away and we'll solve the problem. Shipping We use national post to ship our products, once the order has been shipped it usually takes about two weeks to get to the USA/Europe, and about one week to Brazil. We process each order within a week of receiving the payment. If it's an urgent order, please contact us as we can ship express using fedex or EMS and it can arrive in two days for an additional shipping cost. All products will come with a very cool packaging, which are great for storing the product or as a gift box. Please see pictures of the packaging next to each listing. Payment We accept all credit cards through Paypal payments. All orders should be paid in full before shipping. Additional Policies and FAQs We can make custom orders, and have done it in the past, please contact us with your requirements and we'll get back to you right away. We can also gift wrap and include a personal note on your gift. Please just add your message in an email, or contact us section, and we'll be happy to include it.
