ORDERS Order from our website or send us an email at [email protected] and someone will contact you regarding your order. During the ordering process, we obtain billing, mailing and other information to better serve you as a customer. You have the option to create an account upon purchase, but this is optional. Please note that orders are confirmed via e-mail, and we may also contact you via phone, postal mail or email with questions regarding your order. TRADE DISCOUNTS Twin Dogs Co. offers trade discounts for store buyers, architects, interior designers, corporate gift buyers and restaurants. Please email us at [email protected] with "wholesale" in the header to learn more. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER Twin Dogs Co. takes pride in the quality of the products we create. We carefully inspect every item before leaving our warehouse to assure that you will receive a product of the highest quality. Every Twin Dogs Co. product is handcrafted and due to their custom nature it is normal to see minor blemishes and imperfections. These are not considered defects and do not interfere with the quality and function of the product. SHIPPING Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. International orders will be made via UPS, DHL or Fedex. Deliveries to Continental USA and within Puerto Rico will be made by USPS, unless expedited shipping is requested. In stock orders will be received in 1-3 weeks or sooner with faster shipping method. Tracking numbers will be sent for all UPS, DHL, USPS Priority and FedEx orders. For custom orders, delivery periods may be longer and will be notified to the customer via email. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are included in your final invoice. If you require special shipping or require expedited shipping, please contact our team at [email protected] with “shipping” in the header. All orders are subject to availability. If your order can not be fulfilled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and given the option to reserve it. Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Any questions regarding your shipment may be e-mailed to [email protected]. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY Twin Dogs, LLC. does not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error. Orders may be changed or cancelled with approval, prior to shipment. To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing please email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order customer information. Dependent upon the defective issue we may request you provide a photo of the production error or shipping damage so that we may evaluate the issue. Return shipping charges applies for all returns and exchanges and are the customers responsibility no matter what the reason for the return.
