Return Policies

If you for any reason would like to return or replace a purchased item, you need to contact us through our contact form within 14 days. Please include your Transaction ID. For a full refund minus shipping costs, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
