I don't accept returns and/or exchange unless there is any breakage when the package is opened. However, I will repair broken parts of jewelry whenever possible even after use with a minimum charge depending on the piece. Also, feel free to ask modification of the purchased item, i.e., adding some chains to make a necklace longer.
