Contour & co. ships all orders with Canada Post.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Contour & Co. is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates down while still providing you with efficient and reliable service. Please allow 3 days for your order to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order.
Contour & Co. will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:
Contour & Co. will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit for any item purchased on contour-co.com Since our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We welcome questions and are happy to work with you before you place an order to make sure the right choice is made!
You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size or colour; returns or exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay return shipping.
Please contact us about any returns or exchanges. Returns will be accepted if the product is sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange. * Please note Contour & Co. will not be responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at
[email protected]. All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the item. *Please note: we will not provide credit for the shipping cost.
All returns or exchange packages must be fully insured. The will be no return or exchange on items damaged or lost in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
You will be credited within 3-10 days of receipt of your item.
All of our items are guaranteed for craftsmanship. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by us free of charge. Please contact us at
