We want to make sure you love what you purchase from us. If you'd like to do an exchange you have up to 15 days to change, as long as it is the same price or lower. We also offer you a full refund if you changed your mind. Just email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for your return. As soon as we receive your product back, we will either send your exchange out or transfer the money for your return in the same way of your payment. Please keep in mind that there will be a shipping charge when shipping the item back to us. We recommend you to ensure the package as we will not make a refund for items damaged in transport. Mier Luo Design reserves the right to refuse returns on items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
