Jewellery can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided; * the item has not been worn or damaged, is in original condition and returned within original packaging. * the tag has not been removed. * notification of the intent to return the item has been made within 7 days of receiving the item. * proof of purchase from the Vespoe website has been provided. * return secure postage with a traceable service has been at the buyers expense. * the item has been received by me within 14 days (if posted within Australia) or 28 days (from overseas) from the date that notice of the return was given.
