Return Policies

Only if the goods arrived damaged, you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes,but not for shipping costs. Products that have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. 1. email us at [email protected] to notify us of the return and to receive a return address. 2. After receiving our reply, mark it clearly on your return package and ship the merchandise being returned in its original packaging to the given address. If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted. You will have 14 days to return your merchandise after receiving our reply. Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at kyouei design's discretion. For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping cost. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you.
