Return Policies

We want to make sure you love our shoes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days after you received your shoes and we will issue a full refund (excluding 25 euro delivery charges), or exchange the item if preferred. The refund or exchange will be send to you after we received the shoes back. In both situations send an email to [email protected] with your purchase number and explanation about what was wrong with the product and if you want a refund or exchange the shoes. Please keep in mind that there will be a shipment charge when shipping the items back to us. When you want to exchange your shoes more then once we also will have to bring 25 euros shipping costs in charge for each additional exchange. We from Bend-it B.V. reserve the right to refuse the return on items that are not in the same condition as you received them in.
